The composition of Insinööritoimisto Comatec Oy’s board of directors has changed in May 2021. Insinööritoimisto Comatec Oy is the parent company of the Comatec Group. Jorma Nordfors has stepped down from the parent company’s board and Kristiina Michelsson, MSc (Econ and Bus Admin), eMBA, CBM has been appointed as his successor.
Kristiina Michelsson is a board professional who has extensive experience of board work in companies operating in various industries. Michelsson is the CEO of Coxa, Hospital for Joint Replacement. She also has strong managerial experience from the public sector as well as the private healthcare service sector. Due to her background and experience, Michelsson brings to the board insight related to the functional capacity and wellbeing of employees in addition to her expertise in strategic business development.
“The board is responsible for the continued success of the company. I am excited to get to develop an expert house like Comatec”, states Michelsson.
Petri Leino, Lasse Mitronen, Matti Sommarberg and Marko Pennanen will continue to serve as members of the board.
