Oucons Oy has acquired the engineering business of Insinööritoimisto Erkki Heinonen Oy in an agreement signed on 16 December 2015.
The employees at the Oulu office of Insinööritoimisto Erkki Heinonen Oy are transferring to the employment of Oucons Oy as of 1 January 2016, retaining their existing employee status.
This transaction strengthens the knowhow of Oucons Oy especially in the design of material handling systems. It is an important element in developing Oucons Oy in accordance with its strategy, and Comatec Group is now able to offer its clients even larger service packages.
