Insinööritoimisto Metso Oy merges with Comatec Automation Oy

Comatec Automation

Comatec Group strengthens Comatec Automation Oy with internal operational and organisational changes. Focused on automation business Comatec Automation Oy will merge with Insinööritoimisto Metso Oy on 1 January 2020. After this date, the business of Insinööritoimisto Metso will continue as a part of Comatec Automation Oy’s business and design contracts will transfer to Comatec Automation Oy.

Insinööritoimisto Metso Oy operates in Imatra as well as Lappeenranta and Comatec Automation Oy with Tero Kosonen acting as CEO will continue to operate in those offices as of 1 January 2020. Postal addresses of both Insinööritoimisto Metso and Comatec Automation will remain the same for the time being.
The email format for personnel of Comatec Automation Oy will be firstname.lastname@comatecold.localdev as of 1 January 2020.

The aim of this operational change is to strengthen the business of Comatec Group especially in South-Eastern Finland, provide comprehensive knowledge within a brand consistency and to define services that are decentralised to different companies.
