Comatec Group’s subsidiaries Oucons Oy, Rantotek Oy, Comatec Automation Oy and Comatec Project Services Oy are set to merge into a new company as of 1 January 2025. The resulting new company will be named Comatec Process and Automation Oy.
Comatec Group’s subsidiaries Oucons Oy, Rantotek Oy, Comatec Automation Oy and Comatec Project Services Oy all specialise in the needs of plant and process industries. The group is now set to unite the businesses of these four companies to form a new organisation under a single management structure. The company resulting from the merger will be called Comatec Process and Automation Oy.
The group has two other Finnish subsidiaries: Comatec Mobility Oy and Comatec Industrial and Marine Oy. All group companies will continue to operate under the Comatec brand.
As our subsidiaries join forces, they also combine their in-depth experience of different industries. This serves to improve Comatec’s service offering and helps us to provide more versatile solutions that are better tailored to customers’ needs. This new organisational structure will allow Comatec to offer more comprehensive service to both existing and future customers. At the same time, we are ramping up our intra-group collaboration efforts in both Finland and Comatec’s international offices to ensure that our services will run more smoothly and to improve the efficiency of our services on a global scale.

The upcoming organisational changes will not affect current projects, and do not require any action on your part. All existing contracts will be transferred to Comatec Process and Automation Oy, and no changes will be made to them unless otherwise agreed.
